What Age groups are catered for at The Party Factory?
The Party Factory is suitable for ages 6 - 16 years. 1.5 hours and 2 hour Party's available.
We also cater for 3 - 5 years with a specially designed mini disco party pack - 90 min session.
What are The Party Factory's operating hours?
Mondays to Fridays:
"Rock It After School" Party, Ages 6 -16 years 5pm until 7 pm
Saturdays and Sundays:
"Kinder Groovers" Party, Ages 3 – 5 year s 10.30 -11.45am
"Saturday and Sunday Rocks" Party's, Ages 6 – 16 years Noon, 2PM, 4PM AND 6PM
Friday and Saturday Nights Only:
"Teen Party's" Ages 13 -16 Years 7.30PM – 9.30PM
What does my Standard Party Package Include?

Will I have to share my Party Studio with anybody else?
No, your will have exclusive use of your own Party Studio, featuring State of the Art light and sound system fully equipped with Plasma TV screens, microphones, disco and karaoke. The light show consists of flashing coloured and lazer lights, mirror balls strobes, bubble and fog machine.
Who will manage my Party on the day?
Your Party will be Fully Hosted by our talented and vibrant entertainers.
What Party Themes are available?
Themed Party's are always fun. Fairy, Popstar, Pirate, Go Go Fluro – so many to choose from, the choice is yours. Dress up and be that star!
Additional full themes can be catered for if you are wanting plates,cups, serviettes and props etc –prices start at $150.
Can I choose my own theme?
If you have your own theme idea, please share that with us, and we will endeavour to make it extra special for you, with some great party ideas. We can go all out to theme the whole venue for you. Complete with themed balloons, food, games, etc. Additional prices will apply – call us for more details.
Does the Party Factory supply Party Invitations?
Yes our full colour "VIP concert ticket" style are available on booking.
Can I customise my Party Package to suit my individual Party needs?
Yes, please call to discuss your individual needs with one of our friendly consultants.
Do you supply a birthday cake or can I bring my own?
An ice cream cake can be supplied for your Party at an additional cost of $15. This is served in an ice cream cone by us . If you would prefer to bring your own please let us know. However Chocolate mud cake bought in could incure a $15 cleaning up fee.
Do you cater for Food Allergies /special Dietary Requirements?
We suggest that parents that are concerned about allergy foods or special dietary requirements can call us prior to party to discuss. We are also happy for you to pack a special snack for them to bring.
Is it a requirement that at least one parent/guardian of the party guest, stay for the duration of the Party?
Yes, it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian of the party boy/girl to be in attendance with the party boy/girl for the entire duration of the allocated party time. We like to encourage other guests parents to drop off their children and return at the allocated end time. Extra parents will be charged accordingly –see below.
Can other parents of the party guests attend the party too?
All prices include up to 6 adults staying for the function. Extra adult guests staying on will need to be included in your package number of guests. A charge of $100 for extra adults up to13 guests (including your 6 adults). This includes a large adult finger food platter to cater for them. Or there will be a charge of $15 per head.
Free Tea and coffee making facilities are available.
What Deposit do I need to pay to secure my Party Date?
A $100 deposit is due at time of confirmation.
What payment methods are accepted by the Party Factory?
Payments can be made by VISA or MASTERCARD. All credit card payments will incur a 3% surcharge. Alternatively you are welcome to pay by cheque or money order, made payable to: KARAOKE 4 KIDS PTY LTD
When is my final Balance Due?
The outstanding balance can be paid by cash or eftpos on the day, prior to your party commencing or by cash to your Party Factory Host.
(We do not accept American Express)
When do I need to reconfirm Party Guest numbers?
You are required to confirm party guests numbers a minimum of 2 days prior to your party date. We also require you to reconfirm any additonal food requirements such as platters for adults etc.
If on the Party Day I have less guests attend than originally confirmed, do I still get charged for the higher number of guests?
If you advise the Party Factory by telephone by 10am on the day of your party, we will allow for a maximum of 2 children to cancel without charge. (this is due to catering and staffing requirements)
Minimum guests numbers still apply.
What are The Party Factory's Cancellation Conditions?
A cancellation fee of 25% will be charged if you cancel your party entertainment after paying your deposit. We are more than happy to reschedule your Party to a later date to avoid charging a cancellation fee. As much cancellation notice is appreciated for the convenience of your entertainer.
If you cancel within 7 days of the Party Date a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation 48 hours prior will result in forfeit of all deposits.
