I would like to thank you and the rest of the girls there for Jordan's party today.
I've heard feedback from alot of the boys there that were invited that it was 'the BEST' party that they had ever been to!
Jordy had a FABULOUS time, and is still on cloud nine, I'm sure he will remember this party forever! We love the photo CD as well.

Just wanted to say a HUGE thankyou, for everything you and your staff did on Friday night for Shaylah's 6th Birthday Party!!
The kids had an absolutely fantastic time, and to see some of them on stage at times singing was priceless - some of these kids don't even enjoy show and tell at school, so to see them singing in front of their friends was amazing!!!
All your staff did a faultless and fantastic job, and Alex is amazing - not an easy job trying to keep 22, 6 - 7 year olds entertained for 2 hours, but she was just fantastic!!!
If anyone is ever looking for somewhere to have a great party, we will definitely recommend The Party Factory.

There was a large age gap in the party 4 through to 13, but everyone was catered for.

Chloe and all of us had a great birthday celebration at The Party Factory! Some of Chloe’s friend’s parents commented that their child had a really nice time at your venue/Chloe’s birthday. So much so that one of Chloe’s classmates will be celebrating her 6th birthday at your party venue in early May. Chloe has also been invited and is looking forward to visiting your venue again!
Lisa, I especially appreciated how you all looked after the little girl at Chloe’s birthday party who found being in the dark disco room too much to bare & tried to make a quick escape! You calmed her down so very well & made sure that she too had a lovely experience at the party.

I just wanted to say a very BIG thankyou to all the staff today for such a wonderful party Janae had. From the moment we walked in the girls made every child feel welcome. The kids had sooo much fun dancing and singing with karaoke, there was something for all ages.
I asked Janae what the best thing about her party was and she said “Those ladies made me feel special". She loved the face paint and walking the red carport to have photos with her friends. The adults and the children loved the quality of the food and thought the party was spectacular in every way. The photo disc you gave us of Janae and her friends we are sooo thankful for. This is something she can look back on and remember the wonderful memories of her special day at the party factory.
I will be recommending you guys to everyone. It was great value for money, had the "WOW" factor and was very impressive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Fantastic concept and service. My 8 year old daughter had her school friends over and did they have a rocking time!!! Seems like the other kids have already asked their parents to book the place for their parties. Must commend the excellent service and enthusiam of the hostesses who really did go out of their way to ensure that the party didn't have a dull moment

Thank you so much to your wonderful staff who hosted Olivia's 7th birthday today. The kids had an amazing time! What a great venue and party concept, you should be very proud! Your staff today were excellent in all aspects, from arriving for the red carpet to the final song and everything in between. Fantastic value for money, more than enough food, souvenir lanyards, face painting, dress ups, karaoke and games you had everything covered, even a photo disc to take home from the red carpet! A very clean and well managed venue, would recommend any parent to have their child's party with you.

Soon after the party I rang Lisa and told her what a wonderful time Rianna had at the Party Factory. Attending parents were very impressed and had a relaxing time enjoying the scrumptious food platter and sipping coffee as Kylie kept the kids entertained the whole time. The rest of the staff were very professional and helpful too.
I had several requests from parents for details of your lovely venue and I am sure you will be kept busy over the next few months!

Thank you for the kids having an awesome time.The feedback from Christopher and all his friends was brilliant. One little boy said to me "You know what was so good about this party?
